How merging works
ritetext copies the real pages out of each PDF you add and writes them into a single new document, in the order shown on screen. Page dimensions, orientation, text, images and fonts are preserved — nothing is turned into a screenshot. Because the work happens in your browser, large documents stay fast and your files stay private.

Privacy and supported files
Your documents are never uploaded. Merging runs locally, so nothing is stored on a server and there are no public file links. Standard PDF files up to 100MB each are supported. Password-protected PDFs need to be unlocked before uploading.

How do I merge PDF files?
Add two or more PDFs, drag them into the order you want, then choose Merge PDFs. Your combined file downloads straight away.
Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?
No. Merging happens entirely inside your browser, so the documents never leave your device and nothing is stored online.
Can I merge only some pages from a PDF?
Yes. Open Select pages on any file and enter page numbers or ranges such as 1-5 or 2-4,8. Only those pages are included, in that order.
Does merging reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied as real PDF pages, so text, images, fonts and page dimensions are preserved rather than turned into screenshots.
Is there a file limit?
You can merge as many PDFs as your device can hold in memory. Individual files up to 100MB are supported.
